On-Site Events Menu

Your guests will savor our gourmet food.  Final menu selections must be made three weeks prior to your event date.  Since we are a licensed and insured caterer, outside caterers and food from outside sources are not allowed at Patton’s (includes the house and surrounding grounds).  Please let us know if you have special requests or additional needs.  We will be happy to check availability and pricing to meet your event expectations.


The Buffet Menu includes the following selections for your three-hour event:

Hors d'Oeuvres

(Your choice of three items included, continuously passed for one hour)

Assorted Finger Sandwiches

Ham, smoked turkey, roast beef, chicken salad, and egg salad

Mini Muffalettas

Deluxe Cold Hors d'Oeuvres

Stuffed eggs, stuffed celery, artichoke balls, etc.

Crawfish Pies

Crawfish, herbs and spices in canapes

Stuffed Mushrooms 

Mushroom caps with shrimp and crabmeat stuffing

Fried Catfish

Chicken Tenders

Smoked Salmon Canapes

With cream cheese spread on black bread topped with capers and onion bits

Mini Steak Bites (Add $1 per person)

Tender bites of filet mignon sauteed and served with a Marchands Di Vin sauce (add $1.50 per person)

Lemon Rosemary Tart

Fresh Rosemary, tomatoes and lemon zested chevre in a flaky pastry

Mini Chicken Spring Rolls


Assorted Cheese and Fruit Station - Served with deluxe assorted crackers (included)

Dip - Served with toasted rounds (included)

Warm Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Carving Station
(Choice of one, each served with pistolettes and condiments; includes carver)

Caesar Salad

Creole Jambalaya

A combination of shrimp, pasta and Patton's Spice

Penne Pasta

Served with artichoke, spinach and sun-dried tomatoes

Patton's Crawfish Saks

Crepes stuffed with crawfish dressing (add $1.50 per person)

Grilled Seasonal Vegetables

Our buffet option includes unlimited beverages of our House Brand Liquors.  If you prefer Call Brands, the cost is an additional $4.00 per person.  For premium brands, the cost is an additional $6.00 per person.
