On-Site Special Event Package

For your next event, step back in time to the Southern Elegance of Patton's Restaurant.  Located conveniently at the historic Salmen-Fritchie House in Olde Towne Slidell (only 30 minutes from New Orleans), this stately manor provides the perfect setting for any type of event.

Situated amongst grand live oaks and manicured lawns, your guests can enjoy both indoor and outdoor events at Patton's Restaurant.

Built in 1895 by Slidell founder Fritz Salmen, the mansion has since been restored to its historical granduer.  It consists of nine main rooms full of antique furniture, a wonderful front porch and more than three acres of beautifully landscaped lawns.

For more than 50 years, Patton's has been providing unparallelled professional service, staff and gourmet food to guests around the country.   No matter what the size of the party, Patton's is equipped to handle anything.  Smaller events can be held in an intimate setting within one room or in part of the house house, while all rooms can be open for larger events.

There are ample restrooms throughout the house.  A lift has also been installed to the side of the porch, makin the house easily accessible to the physically challenged.

Our Buffet option can be chosen for events expecting at least 50 guests, with partial seating provided, depending on the number of guests. Serving staff is included.



There is a rental fee required to reserve the date and the facility: $800.00        
An additional 4% charge is added with all credit card payments. Your minimum guest count guarantee is required seven days prior to your event, with the remaining balance due at that time.


If event is cancelled through no fault of Patton’s, there is a 15% cancellation fee.


China, flatware, glassware, serving chafers, and all other serving equipment are included in the facility rental fee. Plastic tableware is available upon request.


The décor throughout the house is included in the rental fee. We can assist you with arranging other décor at an additional cost.


Uniformed service staff is provided. The number of guests and the type of service you request determines the number of staff members.


Security is required for 150 guests or more @ $30.00 per hour (4 hour minimum). We can help to schedule this service.

Music & Dance Floor

We can provide pricing for our house band or disc jockey. If you prefer another type of entertainment (such as jazz quartets, string ensembles, harpists, etc.), we can assist you with these arrangements. The main hall is normally used as the dancing area. We can assist you with renting a dance floor at an additional cost (for outdoor tents).


Parking is available in front of the house on Cleveland Avenue and in our parking lot, accessed from William Tell Street on the side of the house.  Parking is also allowed on the surrounding streets.


The following pricing includes unlimited beverage service of our House Brands, listed under beverage service options for the three hours of your event:

Evening Events:    $52.00 per person (inclusive)
Day Events:    $50.00 per person (inclusive)

Cash Bar Events:
Evening Events:  $45.00 per person (inclusive)
Day Events:  $43.00 per person (inclusive)
                       $85.00 additional fee per bartender

If you prefer to only serve non-alcoholic beverages (Punch, coffee, water, and soft drinks), then the pricing is as follows:

Evening Events:   $42.00 per person (inclusive)
Day Events:    $40.00 per person (inclusive)
