From I-10
- Exit 263 (Slidell) - turn LEFT onto Old Spanish Trail (LA 433)
- Old Spanish Trail ends at Pontchartrain Drive (US 11) - turn RIGHT (follow signs to stay on US 11)
- Turn RIGHT onto Front Street (continue to follow signs to stay on US 11)
- Take FIRST RIGHT onto Cleveland Avenue
The Salmen-Fritchie House is on the corner of Cleveland Avenue and Front Street (US 11)

From I-12
- Exit 83 (Pearl River/US 11) - turn RIGHT heading SOUTH
- Go through several lights, passing Gause Blvd. and Robert Street
- Turn LEFT onto Cleveland Avenue
The Salmen-Fritchie House is on the corner of Cleveland Avenue and Front Street (US 11)
