Terry, Pat, Tommy, Gail and Timmy

In 1954, Oliver and Shirley Patton began a small catering business in the back of their grocery store. Their legacy continues today in the capable hands of their five children – Gail, Pat, Tommy, Timmy and Terry – who have made Patton’s one of the top three independent caterers in the New Orleans area.

In 2002 the Patton children purchased the historic Salmen-Fritchie House in Olde Towne Slidell. Patton's continues their solid family tradition with all five siblings at the helm, along with Terry's wife Janet and Pat's daughter Stephanie.
