The Buffet Menu includes the following selections for your three-hour event. 
Please note that Patton's Caterers will do whatever we can to accommodate you.  If you want something that you do not see on the menus below, please let us know:

Ham, smoked turkey, roast beef, chicken salad, and egg salad

Large Gulf Shrimp peeled and served with cocktail sauce (add $1.50 per person)

Our mini version of the New Orleans classic sandwich - ham, swiss, provolone and salami together on an Italian roll with our house made ilive dressing.

Broiled shrimp, wrapped in bacon

Crawfish, herbs, and spices in canapés


Stuffed Mushrooms

Mushroom caps with shrimp and crabmeat stuffing

Our Buffet Option includes unlimited beverages of our House Brands.  If you would like to serve Call Brands the cost is an additional $6.00 per person. 
A bar consisting of Premium Brands is an additional $8.00 per person.
